This Family Day, the Oshawa Museum is open from 12 – 4 p.m. for tours of the museum homes and activities associated with the Be Prepared exhibit. Use this as a pre-visit for your guiding or scouting group, and book an evening tour with us!
Check out artefacts used for the game ‘Fortunately/Unfortunately, ’ design future uniforms for the young people of tomorrow, find out what a pollution catcher is, and leave us your favourite memories of guiding and scouting.
Admission is $5 per person. Tickets can be purchased at Eventbrite.com/oshawamuseum or the door. This event starts in Guy House, the yellow building at the Oshawa Museum, in Lakeview Park, Oshawa.

Catholic Family Services of Durham is pleased to announce that tickets are on sale now for our 19th Annual Heart to Heart Gala!
Join us for a lovely evening which includes a 3-course dinner with wine, a DJ-dance, raffles, live and silent auction. Tickets are $120 each, and a tax receipt will be issued for the donation portion of the ticket.
The funds raised at this event support programs and services to support the most vulnerable among us, regardless of ability to pay or religious beliefs.
